I came in on the last day of my complimentary service calls without an appointment. Mark helped me right away to get an oil change and tire rotation while I waited. The service team was super fast and was surprised when Mark came to the nice waiting area to tell me everything was ready and there was no charge! 2015 Honda Odyessy in forP300,P301,P302 codes. This issue was covered under Honda warranty extension. Technician inspected vehicle and suggested some other work that it needed. Timing belt, suspension issues, front brakes, etc. Had everything done along with the warrany work. Everyone was friendly and communicated with me thoughout the service process. As they were going to have it for more than a week, I was offered a loaner. I did not need it, but I did appreciate the offer. Its been a couple of decades since a dealership offered a loaner. My experience with Northside was A+++.
I had my previous 2016 Honda Accord serviced at this loction pretty much as needed and when it came time to purchase a new Honda Justin Cavazos has the best. He worked with me at every opportunity and gave me the best options possible. He is hand in glove to the service department.

Lacye Laning, Service Advisor is the service advisor who always helps me. She is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and trustworthy. The work she provides has been great. I can’t say the same for the lady the phones roll over to when the service advisors don’t answer because they are busy. Whoever that lady is, she is rude, unprofessional - perception is she doesn’t care about the clients. I don’t think this is their

Noah Morales was the one who helped me out. He was able to kindly get the dealership to patch my tire for free and they did it fairly quickly. I only waited about 1.5 hours as a walk-in. The little quiet office I was working in while waiting for the tire patch had working outlets and wifi so I was able to get work done while waiting for my tire.

Lacye my service advisor is outstanding. Anytime I text her letting her know I need to bring my car in she responds fast. Then she'll get me an appointments asap. When I arrive she gets my car in fast. I bring both my Hondas to her when they need service. I was bringing my CRV to the dealership I bought it at, but Gillman Honda service department is horrible. I will keep bringing both my vehicles to Lacye when I need service.

I'm writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the service I received at North Side Honda on May 24, 2025 at 10:15 AM.
I brought my vehicle in for service, which included a multi-point inspection. At no time was I informed of any issues with my tires. My Honda CRV need repairs to replace a part. The service man ,Mark Hannawi, was very friendly and provided great service at my visit to Northside Honda. He was very professional and was very helpful in assisting me with my car's needs. He allowed me to have a loaner car, because the repairs would take several days. I was extremely happy with the service that I was provided. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I appreciated the great service.

Richard was a wonderful salesman. I first just went in to look around and had planned to check out Toyota too before deciding. The first car he showed me is the car I bought two days later--except that it was white and I chose the red one. I also liked that the dealership was only ten minutes from my house and I don't have to drive on I35
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation considering my car was the first car in it still took almost two hours for complete service. Once I received my vehicle I didn’t immediately notice that the maintenance service light was still on. When I called the service department to get this taken care of my call went directly to a voicemail I left my contact information and a few hours later when no one got back to me I rest the maintenance service message myself.
Mark was very helpful, we made an appointment for an recall over the phone and he was assigned to our appt. He met us at the car and made sure we had all other services up to date.

Excellent coordination/communication from Layce Lanning, consistent excellent mechanics, and helpful service assistants upon entry.
EVERY time I have had my tires rotated, they forget to reset the tire pressure sensor. I have to reset it myself, which is annoying (and which doesn’t always work according to the manufacturer’s instructions). Then I have to worry about whether or not my tires are OK or not properly inflated.
I recently purchased a used Toyota Highlander Limited from Bob Soto @ Northside Honda and I’m EXTREMELY happy with my purchase. Bob and Stephen Weniger (finance) listened and worked within my budget, they made the buying process easy and pleasant. I even received a better finance rate with them instead of my credit union. I highly recommend Northside Honda whether you’re buying a Honda or one of their used vehicles! -Patricia D.

My Honda battery was replaced under warranty. Northside recommended that my engine coolant should be changed. My maintenance minder shows that the coolant is fine. Indeed, the owners manual states it should be changed at 120,000 mi. My CRV has 57,500 mi. I’m used to this as almost all dealers are recommending service that isn’t necessary to increase their profits. They also recommended new front brake pads, which I had done at a local brake shop that gave me a lifetime warranty.

I’ve had to take my car in twice unfortunately but I’ve never had any trouble getting it diagnosed or getting a loaner in the meantime and the communication is perfect. They let me know what I need to know during the repairs!
