The team at Ranger Creek continues to showcase their talents, distilling some of the most unique and tasty Texas-style spirits in the region. Their single malt bourbon and other spirits are also made in small batches using local ingredients, staying true to their “grain-to-glass” mentality.

Though they experiment with flavors around the clock, there are a few selections they have available year-round.

• .36 Texas Bourbon: Using Texas corn that is milled, mashed, and fermented, this whiskey is distilled and aged on-site, using the same traditional process as when they first opened.
• Texas Rimfire: This single-malt scotch-style whiskey is aged in bourbon barrels and smoked with Texas Mesquite, creating a smoky and well-balanced profile.
• .44 Rye: This 100% rye is aged in bourbon barrels, a perfect staple to any Old Fashioned.
• .36 White: With its sweet, fruity profile, this white bourbon is great for mixed cocktails, like Bloody Marys, Moscow Mules, and Margaritas.
